• How many variants of Orbis Card are there and how do they differ?

  There are two variants of the Orbis Card, Gold & Platinum. These two variants differ as (i) Gold is offered from PKR 200,000/- till PKR 499,000/- & (ii) Platinum is offered from PKR 500,000 and above.

• Is there a difference in the Educational Reimbursement benefit offered for Orbis Customers tier wise?

  For Orbis Education Reimbursement, the limit of the benefit for Gold card holders is PKR 50,000/- and for Platinum Card holders is PKR 100,000/-

• What is Orbis?

  Adamjee Life Orbis Rewards is a customer loyalty appreciation program, it is Adamjee Life’s way of thanking its valuable customers for placing their trust with us for a long-lasting relationship. Orbis card has been designed to further enrich the lives of our valued customers by becoming a part of it.

  Orbis Rewards offer special discounts over categories as Health, Wellness, Eateries, Lifestyle, Protection and Coverage, Education and others.

• How are the services associated with Orbis Rewards different as compared to others?

  Orbis is a unique service that brings our customers amazing discount at awesome brand across the country. We differ from the industry through our Educational Reimbursement (see the section to know more). Adamjee Life is a pioneer of the fore mentioned offer in the whole landscape of our insurance industry.

• Are there any hidden charges or subscription fee applicable on Orbis Card?

  No. Adamjee Life customers who pay a regular annual premium of at least PKR 200,000 or above are eligible for Orbis cards. No hidden charge or subscription fee is applicable on Orbis cards.

• If a customer has more than one policy, will they be getting a different card per policy?

  In case a customer has two or more policies under their name i.e. they may not be the insured (The spouse or a child maybe) but is the owner, they will be entitled to a single card which will be issued against the policy with a higher premium among all his policies.

• Can a customer continue to use his/her Orbis card in case of policy maturity, termination, cancellation or surrender?

  Orbis reward is available for in-forced policies only therefore all the benefits are applicable till the policy remains active and in-force. In case a customer wants to continue using these benefits, he/she has to buy another policy or continue with the current policy. All the benefits will be terminated in case his/her policy does not remains active.

• How many times can a customer avail this discount in a year or lifetime of policy?

  Discount deals and offers vary from brand to brand, which are subject to change as per the policy. Customers are advised to visit our website for updated list/policy of available discounts.

• Does Orbis card needs to be swiped?

  Yes, Orbis card has a magnetic strip therefore it needs to be swiped to avail any discount.

• Where can a customer avail Orbis discount?

• Does a customer need to renew his Orbis membership every year?

  No. Orbis membership is renewed automatically with the renewal of customer’s life insurance policy.

• Does a customer need to get his Orbis card activated?

  No. All Orbis cards are already activated and ready to use once they are sent to the customers.

• If the customer loses their Orbis Card, where can they report this?

  In case the customer loses their Orbis Card then they can either call our UAN number 021-111-115-433 or visit the Orbis section on our Website and fill out the lost Card form

• Can a customer can get an Orbis card issued if their policy address is of another country?

  No. An Orbis card cannot be issued for any customer whose address as per policy is of a location outside of Pakistan.

• Can a discount or deal offered on Orbis card be clubbed/added with any other discount or deal being offered by the merchant?

  Deals & Discounts offered through Orbis card cannot be clubbed/added with any other discount deals offered at any merchant.
